Return Policy

Our return policy allows you 100 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition with protective packaging, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@rovelab.com. We will then send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure that you request a return before sending your item; items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can address the issue promptly.

Exceptions:

We are unable to accept returns for final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

To get the item you want most quickly, return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.

Refunds:

After we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. A return shipping fee of $99 will be deducted from your refund once the carrier confirms the cancellation. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
