When fully expanded, the total height is 63cm/24.8″ —measured from the bottom to the top of the backrest— which places the couch in the low-profile category. As for the seat height, the couch measures 38cm/15″ —the distance from the bottom to the seating surface. I’ve never owned a sofa before and thought it was time to actually get one, when I saw Rove.lab on Instagram. I thought this would be the easy way to finally get a sofa. The fact that it comes in boxes was great as my hallway and entryway in my apartment is not sofa friendly. One of my pieces had a small tiny hole in the plastic but it didn’t cause any issues. I will point out that the sofa I got being the M1 came with zippers on the back and the bottom. I feel this is actually smarter because it keeps the more secure together. I absolutely love my sofa and tho I thought the pink was going to be like the photo I actually prefer that it’s so so pale pink. The fabric is soft, it’s firm yet comfortable. I’m 6’1 and was maybe afraid it wouldn’t work for me. But lucked out as the ottoman is big enough my feet don’t hangover and I can lay down on the sofa with zero issues. I love my M1 module sectional sofa. And it’s perfect for lounging or sitting or having great conversations with friends. Who are super impressed with my couch.
This was so easy to set up, plus it is so comfortable. Also, I have a weird setup in my place that made it easy to work around the 15 inch concrete pillar that runs in between my living room space. I would highly recommend this. It does not disappoint.

OK - I have to admit that I was a bit concerned when the well delivered and easy to open boxes revealed: a very short sofa. Yes, I’d measured and “knew”…but it took a couple days to see its full functional beauty. I can relax and my feet hit the floor. The dogs LOVE the lower access to stealing their spots. It’s beautiful and comfortable and altogether a winner for our household.

We absolutely LOVE this couch! We were on the hunt for a modular couch for a bedroom we were turning into a den and everything we saw was too big, too expensive or too ugly. I thought the Rove Lab M1 couch was too good to be true but felt comfortable taking the risk because of the free delivery and 100 day guaranteed satisfaction. The unboxing was fun and hard to believe such a substantial couch came out of those super tightly packed rolls. It took between 24-48 hours for the couch to fully fill out and most of the wrinkles in the fabric have softened where I will probably not even steam it as I had originally planned on it. The couch is more firm than expecting but I only say that because I thought a packed foam couch would be soft and cheap feeling. It is definitely not that, thank goodness. It is soft and comfortable but supportive and firm under your body. The design is great and the price can't be beat. We have already ordered another middle piece so we can make the couch even bigger.
This is a VERY detailed review! First it all starts with how easy it is to order online, the website was fast easy to navigate very informative I was skeptical initially on how this foam works. how could something come from such a small box be high quality and look the way advertised but the other good reviews and their 100 day trial made me feel comfortable enough to give it a shot the delivery was fast less than a week with tracking I came home to 4 colorful boxes outside my door waiting for me this is a massive contrast to how I got my laundry washer and dryer delivered last week! for the laundry machines I took the day off work to accomodate their 4 hour delivery window, and unbelievably they were 4 hours late! I was so stressed out the whole time waiting not knowing if they will show up. and the whole delivery I was so scared they were going to damage my apartment's common areas (and they did). I'm saying this because the experience was just such a contrast! I come home to these colorful boxes and I just bring them into my home by myself since each box is very easy to handle (with handles in fact!) I have never had so much fun unboxing a sofa because of the anticipation of how this thing works. super easy to follow instructions on what tabs to pull and release the wrap. I was able to unbox and setup the whole 4 piece set in less than 10 minutes. it is really fascinating how fast it expanded. I saw some patterns on the fabric from being squished but the instructions say that is normal and goes away naturally or I can steam it whenever. The way these sofa pieces connect is really quite ingenius. I have never seen sofas that zip together. very cool. I was SO suprised by the quality and comfort of the product especially for how skeptical I was and came in with low expectations. I would say right after opening it felt too soft. After one day it was already noticeably more firm. I have had it for about a week now and it is surprisingly firm. Best describe as a memory foam like feel when you sit down because it is firm but gives under the weight, very comfortable! I test splashing some water on the fabric to see if it is actually liquid repelling. the water just beads off very cool. All in I am super impressed by what this company has done with the home category that has not seen anything truly new in a long time. I highly recommend this sofa to anyone looking for a good looking well made product at a surprising reasonable price point.

Very comfortable and easy to assemble worth the price
We love our Rove couch. The color, the way it looks and short term sitting. The only bummer is that we’ve had it for almost a month and it’s still so firm that we feel sore after sitting on it too long. But we are grateful for a couch that was so easy to get here and within our budget!
We had to get rid of older furniture before we could open. We were tentative but hopeful but it was fantastic.
Very disappointed! I was told that it should be FULLY inflated in a week. I initially, raised concerns about the first open sofa ( Left hand with armrest) Now, more than 2 weeks later, it’s still NOT FULLY inflated! I want a replacement for the faulty one ASAP! The fully inflated one was the second to opened. Now, everything else caught up but one.
I’m really impressed with this boneless sofa. The design is genuinely innovative, and moving it upstairs was a breeze compared to traditional furniture. The fabric is nice to the touch, and the support hits that sweet spot of being firm yet comfortable. My only small knock is that the included throw pillows are a bit too soft for my liking, but overall, I’m super happy with it!

The seat itself is comfortable, and the sofa feels soft to sit on. However, the backrest is lower than expected and even lower than the advertised description. Because the backrest is too low, it does not provide enough back support, especially for the lower back, which affects overall comfort. I purchased the M1 Sofa after specifically confirming the overall width, as our living room has a narrow walkway. Rove Lab confirmed before purchase that the 260 cm width included both armrests. However, after delivery and after waiting two weeks for the sofa to fully expand, the actual width measures approximately 271.5 cm, which is more than 10 cm wider than confirmed. The overall height is also about 60 cm instead of 63 cm, and the seat height is about 35 cm instead of 38 cm. The extra width has significantly reduced our walkway and made the sofa unsuitable for our space. I would suggest improving the accuracy of the advertised dimensions and clearly stating any possible size variance before purchase.

I researched “boneless” sofas and products for several months. Reviews were mostly good and the negatives for Rove were based on delivery problems. Things are sometimes beyond a company’s control and you just need to have patience. My delivery was changed twice but no big deal. As for the product itself, it was a smart purchase and I am extremely pleased with the quality. I was skeptical but I am convinced, at least with this company, that they manufacture a quality product. And where else are you going to get a lifetime warranty. I immediately bought the round pouf and only slight disappointment was that the fabric was not the same as my sofa. Still matched and like the sofa, it is well made. I plan on making another purchase in a few months and for you skeptics, Rove will change your mind. It is still cold here, so the sofa is taking some time to firm up, but after using a fabric steamer it did alittle. Hopefully by summer time, it will get to it's 100% shape! Overall, I love this sofa! :)

I received my sectional m1 sofa within 2 days of ordering it , very easy to put together and I love it ! So comfortable, very wide and low , so many compliments from everyone , my cats are huge fans as well ! You can literally take a nap on it , it’s very firm but soft at the same time ! I love this lounge. It's very comfy and easy to put together. I was a bit apprehensive about buying a lounge online but it was easy with the dimensions and the delivery was under a week. It has transformed my lounge room. It was important to me that it had a minimal carbon footprint and was animal product free. I highly recommend Rove Lab lounges
Honestly I had my reservations but they were soon put at bay. We absolutely love it. Assembly….easy. No university degree required like flat pack furniture. Just unbox, and zip together. The ONLY draw back is the head rest/back isn’t very high so you’ll need some decent throw pillows. The couch itself is on the very firm side but still really comfortable. We purchased the second ottoman which was a great idea. Thinking of getting a third ottoman so it doubles as a day bed.

Good sofa. My kids love it, and I've had an afternoon nap on it, so it does what is needed. As it is all foam, it can be hard to get out of as there's really no where to 'push' yourself up from. Be prepared for plenty of plastic to dispose of, as each part comes wrapped and sealed. Someone else mentioned, that it is low in the back. No biggie, but something to keep in mind. Give it at least three - four days to fully inflate. I am happy.
